State Museum, Negeri Sembilan

19 Mac 2011

Ayah took us out to lunch. Jauh la juga. Restoran Nelayan at Rahang, Seremban. You can find lots of "Cook Fat Chili Fire" here. Masak Lemak Chili Api la he he! However, as Ayah & Ibu put it, it is not as hot (pedas) as it should be unless you took the sambal belacan, sambal tempoyak etc. Ayah said that this place also serve wild game meat like Rusa (Deer), Pelanduk/Kancil (Mousedeer), Landak (Porcupine) and many more depending on seasons. Today they did have very big Udang Galah, Gulai Rusa & Gulai Janggek/jangek (cow/buffalo skin) . We end up with the less peculiar menu like Ayam Kampung, Gulai Ikan Puyu, Ulam-ulam or greens that I do not know about, sambal sotong and some other sambals. So... diggin.

It was a wet day. Rain pours quite heavily after we had our lunch so Ayah makes a detour to the Negeri Sembilan's State Museum. It was my third museum visits this school holiday. Very educational. We are not allowed to take photos in the main Galleries so only photos of the outdoor exhibits’ were included here.
